老庙牛肉是国家级地方名馐,自明朝末创始以来,其独特工艺流传至今。300年来,素有“豫北之花,中华一绝”之称。
老庙牛肉软包装在传统技术秘方基础上以非疫区上等牛肉为主料,佐以十八种名贵香料,在陈年老汤中,经多道工艺精制而成。产品卫生,质量达到标准,且将取得国家ISO9000质量认证。曾先后获得九一、九二年河南省星火科技优秀项目奖。九二年第四届国际踩伞,跳伞锦标赛产品评比一等奖。九四年荣获河南省地名金奖及河南省农村科技博览会金奖,同年荣获晋、冀、鲁、豫四省优质名牌金奖。95年北京国际精品展览会即经贸洽谈会金奖。国家政协副主席杨静仁为老庙牛肉题词“面向市场,发展经济”。中央领导杨成武、王首道、马文瑞分别为老庙牛肉题过词。
Laomiao Beef
Laomiao Beef is a national local delicacy, which was created at the end of Ming Dynasty for about 300 years. It is always praised as: a flower in the northern of Henan as well as a unique of china.
