宝丰酒酿造工艺   
 
    宝丰酒因产于宝丰而得名,是河南名酒之一。该酒酿制历史久远,据考证可追溯至春秋战国时期,一说创始于夏禹时期的仪狄,至今相沿已长达4100多年。可见其历史之悠久。该酒虽历史久远,但直到宋朝方兴盛。几经兴衰,传承至今,产量不断增大,知名度不断提高,远销东南亚。原酒出口量全国第一,成品酒出口河南省第一。
  
    宝丰酒制曲技艺严格,拌料、制曲、上霉、晾霉、潮火、大火、后火、验收、贮存科学规范。品评、勾兑、调味、降度、定型,程序把关严谨,确保了品位和质量。
  
    宝丰酒具有深厚的历史、文化、学术研究价值和经济开发价值。



 Brewing Technique of Baofeng Wine
 
     
    Baofeng Wine is called in this way for it is produced in Beofeng City. It is one of the most famous wine in Henan Province. In the terms of its origin, it can date back to Chunqiu and Zhanguo Era according to researches. It's said that it is created by Yidi in Xiayu Era over 4100 years ago. However, this wine suffered several downfalls and didn't prevail until Song Dynasty. Nowadays, it has been handed down by many generations, earns a high reputation and sets a position in the market of Southeast Asia. 
    
    Baofeng wine has a strict making technique. All the making skills depends on scientific standards to make sure its high quality. Baofeng wine contains thick historic, cultural, academic research and economic values.
