郑州蜜桃是河南省郑州地区的特产。
郑州蜜桃分为两大类,即白桃和黄桃,白桃中较为有名的“五月鲜”、“麦香”、“六月白”、“鸡嘴白”、“吊枝白”和以高产而著名的“大久保”等品种。黄桃可分为“橙香”、“露香”、“早熟黄甘桃”等品种。个头硕大,形态秀美,色泽鲜艳,皮薄肉嫩,果肉细腻,汁甜如蜜。其含糖高达13-18%,果汁中含有葡萄糖、果糖、蛋白质、维生素、胡萝卜素、钙、磷、铁等成份,鲜食、加工皆为上品。郑州白桃皮白、味浓、肉细、甜略有酸味,汁液较多,香气浓烈。黄桃从果实外形、风味、色泽、肉质上与白桃相比,均差异很大。白桃属味甜类,黄桃则属味甜酸类。
Zhengzhou Nectarines
Zhengzhou nectarine is a specialty in Zhengzhou City, which can be divided into two major kinds: white nectarine and yellow nectarine. They have big bodies, beautiful appearance, bright color, thin pericarp, thick sarcocarp and sweet flavor. They are all superior products no matter being eaten freshly or processed. White nectarines have white-colored skin, strong fragrant smell, sweet and a little sour flavor and much juice, while, white ones have great differences in all these aspects. Besides, the former belongs to sweet class, the latter sweet-sour class.
