太康饴糖

太康饴糖


    太康县糖厂开始制饴糖,是在1968年—1974年间。当时红、白糖供应紧张,为了适应群众需要,利用本县盛产红芋干之优越条件,开始用传统工艺土法熬制红色糖稀应市,产量50吨。1973年以后,接受华北制药厂先进技术,又从上海引进一批我国新研制成功的“阴阳两型交换树脂”。能把红色的糖水通过过滤,变成无色透明的糖水,再经过真空浓缩,色相不变,生产出无色透明的饴糖。其主要成分为:葡萄糖、麦芽糖、高糖、糊精四种。
    
     饴糖又名液体葡萄糖、淀粉糖浆、糖稀、化学稀等。具有温和的甜味,耐高温和无色透明等特点。广泛应用于食品行业,是制作糕点、果汁、罐头等的填充料。屡经河南省进出口商品商品监察局化验,符合出口指标。所生产的饴糖,除一部分畅销国内各省十几个大城市(如北京、天津、武汉、南京、上海、广州等)外,绝大部分由上海土产进出口公司直接出口,远销东南亚诸国,深受用户好评。
    
    饴糖厂最高年产量为50万吨,现已分设为两厂,产品有饴糖和葡萄糖。


Taikang Malt Syrup
 
    Taikang Town made full use of the advantage of full of sweet potatoes and began to produce malt syrup in traditional technique between 1968 and 1974 when sugar is in tension supply. After 1973, it accepted advanced technology and equipment from other factories so that it produced transparent and colorless malt syrup whose main components are glucose, maltose, rich-sugar and gummeline.
      
    Malt Syrup is also called Glucose, Starch Syrup, Syrup and so on. It has moderate sweet flavor, high temperature resistance, transparent and colorless characteristics, and is widely used in food industry to make cakes, fruit juice, canned food and others. Besides some of products this town makes are sold to over ten cities in our country, most of them are exported to countries in Southeast Asia, which all earn much high praise.
