灵宝线椒

    线椒主产于灵宝市尹庄镇娄下村，已有200多年的历史。线椒颜色鲜艳，色红发亮，辣性强，油质大，果肉厚，大小均匀，辣中带有浓香，除含有丰富的辣椒素、辣红素外，还含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质等。线椒主要用以佐食调味，果实因小如线，晒干后果皮发软，在国际市场上被誉为“幽现褰”最高年出口量 30000公斤。



    Straight-chilli is mainly produced in Louxia Village in Lingbao City, which has been cultivated for more than 200 years. Straight-chilli has shiny and red color, strong pungent smell, high oil content, thick sarcocarp and balanced bodies. It contains plentiful nutrition, such as capsaicine, protein, fat, minimal substance and so on. It is mostly used as condiment.
