鹤壁徐家沟村，位于淇河岸边。该村养的鸭子，产蛋奇特，双黄比例较大，蛋黄外又套一层蛋黄，纹理清晰，呈缠丝状，故名缠丝鸭蛋，历史上曾为贡品。从外地来的鸭子，在该村饲养一段时间后，产的蛋也变成了双黄。这种特点，在周围其他村是没有的。据有关部门鉴定，该村的鸭子之所以有这种特点，是因为喝了村附近一大泉的水，此泉涌水量每秒1.43立方米，冬季水温19摄氏度，泉水甘冽，含有多种稀有元素。




    Xujiagou Village is located in Hebi City along the bank of the Qihe River, where duck eggs mostly have two yolks tangling with each other. These unique tangled duck eggs have ever been regarded as tributes. There is an interesting phenomenon that ducks laying one-yolk eggs from other places will also lay double-yolk eggs after fed here. According to experts' research, that's for the reason that they all drink water from a spring which contains multiple rare chemical elements.
